Full-Time Position (9:00AM - 6:00PM)
$39,500 – $42,500 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
- Support implementation of curriculum throughout all classrooms
- Conduct two classroom observations daily to evaluate curriculum implementation, classroom management, teacher-child interactions, and overall classroom quality
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to teachers based on classroom performance and observations
- Hold individual meetings with teachers to discuss performance, growth opportunities, and professional development goals
- Support and coach teachers to maintain high-quality educational standards and best practices
- Assist with lesson planning, documentation, and curriculum development
- Maintain organization and budgeting for classroom and curriculum supplies
- Order and manage classroom materials and supplies requested by teachers
- Collaborate with leadership and teaching staff to support school initiatives
- Create and post engaging social media content multiple times per week
- Capture classroom activities and create Instagram Reels highlighting school programs and events
- Design marketing and classroom-related materials using Canva
- Track budgets, inventory, and classroom needs using organizational systems and spreadsheets
- Support compliance with Texas Rising Star standards, quality assurance practices, and Texas childcare licensing regulations
- Support school events, trainings, and daily operations as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development/support roles OR 2 years working in a managerial role within a school setting
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
- Familiarity with Texas Rising Star standards, quality assurance practices, and Texas childcare licensing regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable managing, coaching, and supporting a team of up to 30 teachers
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Excel is required
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, leadership, and families
- Passion for child-led learning and creating engaging educational environments
