- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily routines and activities
- Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting infants
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Support age-appropriate developmental activities (sensory play, tummy time, etc.)
- Observe and respond to each child’s individual needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and families
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with infants (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move infants safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for early childhood education
Full Time: 9:00AM - 6:00pm
$15 to $18 an hour, pay depends on experience
