- Maintain licensing and accreditation standards (including Texas Rising Star, if applicable)
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- 1–2+ years of experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting
- Strong understanding of child development and classroom management
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive, reliable, and collaborative team player
